Late Water Bills

Our water system switched billing providers and we had to manually create each individual water bill. For this reason, and delays with the postal service, several people on the water system have still not received their bill. All of this month’s water bills were mailed out Monday morning, February 8th, from Saline. For these reasons, we will not be charging late fees this month. If you have already paid your bill and included the late fee, it will be credited towards next month’s bill.

Also, all of the bills were mailed to the physical address where the home or business is located. If you prefer to have you bill sent to another address, please let us know. Just click on “Contact Us” on the website. We will be monitoring this email address constantly during the upcoming winter storm. Please share this with family, friends and neighbors on the water system.
